Charlie Don't Surf is run by Harry, a qualified British army P.T.I. and British Weight Lifting Association (BWLA) coach; with over 25 years experience of military and civil fitness. He intensively trains individuals to the high level of physical condition necessary to cope with some of the most competitive and demanding trials.
