With One of the largest collections of mother of the bride in the North East, Butterflies are a designer boutique specialising in Bridal wear: Mother of the Bride / groom and Bridesmaid. Special Occasion wear, Prom, Evening, Holy communion outfits, Fascinators, Tiaras and Rainbow shoes & Bags .

Based on Mandale road in Stockton they cover the North East & Teesside inc: Middlesbrough, Stockton, Darlington, Redcar Durham, Sundrland, Newcastle and all the surrounding areas. Their wedding shop houses the latest fasions from design labels as Condici, Ispirato, Paule Vasseur, Ronald Joyce & John Charles, with wedding dresses by Phil Collins, Charlotte Balbier, Pure by Romantica, White Rose and Evening Wear from the Dynasty Range. Rebecca and Lisa aim to provide you with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and customer service that is unrivalled in the North East. You will be able to browse and try outfits at your own leisure.

Mother of the Bride

Specialising in this area, Butterflies stock a range of designers, from Michaela Louisa and Condici to Paule Vasseur and Ispirato.

Spotlight on Condici: Condici specialises in elegant occasion wear with everything for the total look. The Condici collection comprises of long and short dresses with matching Jackets, Coats and lovely Skirt Suits with matching Bodices. Fabrics include luxurious silks in a stunning array of colours and elegant crêpes in pretty pastels and bolder, bright colours. Condici has an outfit to suit every occasion as well as every body type.

Spotlight on Ispirato: The Ispirato collection is gorgeous, glamorous and totally romantic. The fabrics consist of silks and taffetas, lace detailing thus ensuring that the Ispirato experience is luxurious, sensual and beautifully feminine.

Bridesmaid

The Bridesmaid dresses come in a great range in lots of different styles and fabrics.  Butterflies stock Alexia designs that come in lots of different colours and styles and are extremely good value for money.  They also have in the store Watters and Watters, their Wtoo range of bridesmaid dresses cannot be beaten on style and come in a range of luxurious fabrics. Eternity Maids dresses that come in a variety of short and long style bridesmaid dresses.  The Betsey couture range of dresses are all made in the u.k. and can be made within 4 weeks of ordering.  Their flower girls dresses are second to none with the dresses in satin and Tulles, and beautiful silks.

Prom Wear

Butterflies have a fantastic range of prom dresses and probably one of the largest ranges in the North East.  All the dresses are in stock and ready to take home on the day of sale, no lengthy ordering times.  They stock a variety of different styles from red carpet glamour to full princess tulle dresses, all at an extremely reasonable price.  They only stock designers that are exclusive to the area and do not sell the same dress twice to the same school regardless of colour.  They stock the celebs favourite Pia Michi, Jora Collection, Hermione Collection and Ronald Joyce.  The dresses come in satins, taffettas, tulles, organza and chiffons, in a variety of different colours.

Evening Wear

Butterflies Evening Wear collection is a range of red carpet glamour and include Jora collection, Dynasty,  Ronald Joyce and Pia Michi.  The style vary from scooped backless dresses to grecian styles all in sizes 8-20.  All the dresses are avilable in the store and they only have two of each design in stock to add to the exclusivity.

Holy Communion

Butterflies stock a range of Holy Communion dresses and accessories from designers such as Alice James, Emmerling and Premier Designs.  They do not sell the same style twice to the same school/church and have a range of hair accessories, veils and tiaras and also a wide range of shoes to match.

Jewellery

Gemini designs are one of the leading jewellery designers and have have a select collection in-store for your viewing pleasure.

Hats

Butterflies stock a wide range of hats from Failsworth Hats, The Hat Studio and richard designs , which come in a variety of styles, shapes and colours.

Shoes & Bags

There's a range of Rainbow and Else shoes and bags which can be dyed to match any outfit, bridal gown or bridesmaid dress. The Hassall shoes we have in-store are handmade from silk, leather and lace - and your wedding date can be embossed on the sole as a reminder of your special day.
