General Information

Located on Linthorpe Road in Middlesbrough, opposite the entrance to Albert Park, Central Park is arguably one of the North East’s favourite Restaurants. Central Park first opened it’s doors in December 1985 and has been providing excellent service ever since. In 2008 refurbishment was complete at Central Park. The extension has doubled the area of the restaurant, allowing additional dining space, a more spacious bar area, a new state of the art kitchen, and a lift for disabled access to the first floor and a roof top terrace, which offers views of Albert Park and the Dorman Museum. Central Park now has a modern and stylish new look, but has also kept its original charm. It has attracted high praise from the many of the people who have visited.

 The kitchen is open from 12.00pm every day and closes late in the evening. We have a fantastic team of dedicated chefs, who provide a variety of dishes cooked to the highest standards. We offer an extensive menu, using only the freshest and finest ingredients, which are always locally sourced. With plenty of choice, we’re sure there will be something to please every diner. Try one of our mouth-watering steaks from the char grill or experience the famous Teesside Parmesan!!
The open plan kitchen provides a vibrant and exciting atmosphere to the dining room area, for all to see. Throughout the day Central Park is the ideal setting for a business lunch, a light bite with friends, or why not join us for coffee and a cake! Our friendly reservation team are always ready to help you with your booking or inquiry. At Central Park you can book from 3 – 30 people (50 weekdays). The Island bar provides a sophisticated setting in which to enjoy drinks with friends and family. With subtle lighting and chic seating the bar is the perfect location to relax with a cool beer or classic cocktail served from our dedicated bar team. During the summer months the roof top terrace provides the perfect location to sample one of our selection of cocktails or a glass of wine from our extensive list With views overlooking Albert Park the Rooftop Terrace is a fantastic venue to enjoy with friends.

The first floor function room and bar is the perfect location for a private celebration, and equally suitable for corporate and social events. With facilities for up to 70 people and access to the roof top terrace, it is the ideal setting for any occasion. We have a range of buffet menus to cater for every taste starting from £5.95 per head.
